A small business team working together in their office

Eight services,
one place to call

Everything we watch

  • Website up
  • Email flowing
  • Backups verified

The usual arrangement

Any of this sound familiar?

  • Your web designer says the email problem is the IT company's fault.
  • Nobody is quite sure who your domain is registered to.
  • Enquiries come through the website, sometimes, if the form is working.
  • The phone rings one mobile, and that mobile is on a job site.
  • There is a backup running. Nobody has ever restored from it.

All five have the same cause: too many suppliers, none of whom can see the whole picture.

Four suppliers, no owner

One team, one owner

Why Uscale

The gaps between suppliers are where things break

Your domain, your email, your website and your phones are one connected system, even though they usually arrive on four different bills. When a change to one breaks another, each supplier checks their own part, finds it fine, and you are left holding a problem nobody owns.

We hold all of it. That is the whole idea.

One team for the whole stack

Website, web apps, computers, phones, email, domain, hosting and search. Not a specialist for each, and not a middleman who subcontracts it out.

Straight answers, no jargon

We explain what something does and what it costs in words you can repeat to your business partner. If you do not need it, we will say so.

You own everything

Domains, hosting accounts, Google properties and source code, all registered in your name. You can leave whenever you want, and we will help you do it.

Fixed quotes before work starts

Project work is scoped and priced up front. Ongoing support is a known monthly cost. No surprise invoices for something that took longer than expected.

Who we work with

Built around how your industry actually operates

The technology is similar. What differs is which parts matter most, and what it costs you when they fail.

Getting started

What happens when you call

No discovery workshop, no proposal deck. A conversation, then a price.

  1. We ask what is not working

Fifteen minutes on the phone about your business, not about technology. Usually enough to see the shape of it.

  2. We look at what you have

Where the domain sits, how email is set up, what the site is doing, what the support arrangement is. You get a plain summary.

  3. You get a fixed quote

What we would do, in what order, and what each part costs. You decide how much of it you want.

Questions people ask first

Do we have to move everything to you at once?

No, and most people do not. Businesses usually start with one thing that is hurting, often the website or the phones, and bring the rest across as contracts and renewals come up.

Are we too small to work with you?

Small businesses are most of what we do. A three-person business has the same email, domain, backup and security needs as a thirty-person one, just less of each.

Where are you based and who do you work with?

We are based in Sydney, NSW, and work with businesses across Australia. Most of the work happens remotely, and we travel on site when a job needs hands on the hardware.

What does it cost?

Project work is quoted as a fixed price once we understand the scope. Ongoing support is a set monthly amount so it is predictable. We will give you a number before you commit to anything.

Can you take over from our current provider?

Yes. We do this regularly. The first job is usually an audit to find out what exists and who it is registered to, because that is often unclear. Transitions are planned so email and the website keep working throughout.

Tell us what is not working

A short conversation is usually enough to work out what you need and what it costs. No obligation, and no sales script.
